Who We Are
McPeek Construction Services, LLC is owned and operated by Shawn McPeek out of Harrison, Ohio. We are a residential exterior contractor, which means we work on the parts of your home that take the weather: the roof, the gutters, and the siding.
We are not a national outfit with a call center. When you call our number, you reach the people who will be doing the work on your property. That is deliberate, and it is why homeowners across three states keep calling us back.
How We Work
Every project starts the same way: a free inspection of your roof, gutters, or siding, followed by a written estimate that spells out the scope and the cost. Nothing gets ordered and no crew shows up until you have looked at that estimate and said yes.
If we find something during the inspection that does not need replacing, we will tell you. A repair that buys you a few more years is often the right answer, and we would rather give you that answer than sell you something you do not need.
When storm damage is involved, we document what we find and work alongside your insurance carrier through the claim so the scope submitted matches the damage that is actually there.
